LIVING IN THE NOW

I have been lazy with updating this site.  Things are going very well with me and I am healing well from my cancer surgery.  At this time, I am cancer free going into my thirty rounds of radiation.  In five years, I can claim that I am cancer free.  My doctors expect nothing less.  Okay...now to update things to the here and now.

I just wanted to give you all a glimpse into what the dogs bring into the house on a daily basis.  I believe that the straw hitches a ride on Sasha's back and then lets go when up on the couch.  Mom says the outside is cleaner than inside our house!

So innocent looking...right?  NOT!  But can you see how relaxed our Airedale's make themselves on the furniture?  This is Savannah.  Debris does not adhere to her fur as much as it does to Sasha's.  I've always said that Sasha's fur is a magnet for junk.

Ya...I'm talking about you Sasha.  She has not felt well lately.  Her eye has been bothering her.  So, off to the vet we went, and discovered that she has a scratch on her cornea.  Many dollars later, she has eye drops and Benedryl to take.  Her allergies make her want to rub her eyes, thus the reason she has a scratch on her cornea.

She doesn't want to discuss the matter.
