Recently I took on the task of painting the coop. It has been un painted for three years and I figured now that I am getting my strength back and feeling better, there was no time like the present to tackle this job. As you can see, I paint more than the object....I also paint myself and my entire outfit too. I am not a neat painter by any stretch of the imagination.
I must admit, I was a little hesitant to climb the ladder and paint the very peak of the building, but I conquered my fear and as you can see, the coop has a new coat of red paint with white trim.
My hands look like I just committed a hideous murder. Good thing the paint was easy to remove from skin.
And I couldn't forget to dribble some color onto my boots.....hey, what is a good pair of muck boots without a layer of chicken poop and barn red paint?
